for smaller wrists, we suggest 6 ¼, and for regular sized wrists, we recommend 6 1/2. If you need a custom size or help with sizing, email us and we’ll help you out.
to find your size, take a string and place it tightly around your wrist. measure that, and add a ¼ to ½ inch to find your size.
