when will my order get here?

orders are generally shipped within two business days of your order being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Does elfin los angeles ship internationally?

yep! We offer international shipping with a carrier of your choice.  all pricing will be shown at checkout and dependent on your shipping location.

how do I return or exchange an item?

do you price match?

all pricing is determined by elfin los angeles. we work with many different brands, therefore pricing may differ slightly from another retailer or brand directly. when determining our pricing, we take into account many factors including promotions, shipping, international duties, and more. if you do notice a difference with another website, we will consider a price match if the same item/color/size is IN STOCK.

how do I use a promo code?

add your selections to your shopping bag and continue to checkout. on the checkout page, you'll see the option to add a discount code or gift card.  your promotion code will be automatically applied to your order and will be reflected under your order total. the amount of your discount will be listed either underneath the individual item or the grand total.

please be advised that only one code can be used per order. codes cannot be applied to previous purchases. some exclusions may apply.  

dodes are for online purchases only and not able to be used in store - unless specified otherwise.  

are your online sales the same as in store?

we will specify if an online promotion can also be honored in store. Please note that our inventory and product selection online differs slightly from in-store, therefore most promotions are unique to either online or in-store.

The item I want is sold out - are you going to restock it?

in the event that you missed out on something you absolutely have to have, simply enter your email on the item’s product page and we will send you a fulfillment notification once it’s back and available for purchase. If the item is a sale item we are not able to re-order it.
