Shipping & Returns


elfin los angeles offers free shipping on orders over $75.  orders under $75 will ship for a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping within the United States.  orders placed with elfin los angeles will generally ship within 2 business days. once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number. you will receive a “cancelled order” notification if there is any reason your order may be delayed or cancelled.  

we are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages.  we offer insurance up to $100 on all orders, claims will be processed at the discretion of the insurance company.

PREORDERS will be shipped TOGETHER with any other products, we do not split shipments.


international orders will ship for a calculated rate based on your shipping address.  if for some reason we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified immediately. once you receive your Shipment Notification with your tracking number, you should expect your package within 10 to 12 days. 

your order may be delivered by your local post office courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. 



all applicable customs, import duties and fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).  We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by elfin los angeles. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.



elfin los angeles gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for exchange or store credit within 20 days of original purchase ship date.

returns received after 20 days will only be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

any sale items or merchandise marked "Final Sale" CANNOT be returned.

any item received as a gift or purchased at full price will have the sale price honored for store credit.

all footwear, intimates, and swimwear returns must be returned in their original, unworn condition to be considered for a store credit or return.

any custom or special order items are FINAL SALE.

Items returned via mail must be received 20 days from the date of orignal shipment.  if you wish to use a prepaid return shipping label, a $10 charge will be deducted from your credit.

Once we receive your return, we will process a store credit for the cost of the returned item and you will receive an automated email.  Original shipping charges, duties or taxes are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit.
